Yesterday was the judgment for Teo Beng Hock case. In remembrance, this case was being huge concerned by whole Malaysians since it involved the government authorized independent autonomy organization of MACC. This was a result of Beng Hock death was untimely & bizarre indeed hereinafter Malaysians sense of justice raised a chaos. Bunch of questions proclaimed by Malaysian public. The initially one is "Did Tan Beng Hock jump or he was thrown?" Generally, Malaysian juries didn't announced a convincing judgment to conquer the thirst of public for their demands on how actually late Beng Hock dead?

In this case, since he was died while he was hauled at MACC (Malaysian Anti Corruption Commission) hq at Shah Alam & he have been imprisonment for 10 hours at the building. All Malaysians usually would draw the line & inferring the case to homicide. This is due to the result of presumption made logically thinking and analysis that he wouldn't and suppose never committed suicide since he would having his matrimonial ceremony with his fiancé to the next day. This was such a big question being ask eagerly. Furthermore, the MACC can' provide to the media the proceeding of the 10 hours interrogation. The prima facie suspect would be MACC! In addition, any one with semblance of intelligence couldn't believe that he possibly suicide at MACC hq without leaving any testament or notes and tear off his pants before he jump out from the building. These made the public believe that he was thrown. However, everything gonna be proved. Thus, everything was waiting for the result of police investigation.

However，MACC pin pointed out to give responsible to this. Then, their head, Ahmad Said defence that Beng Hock was not in their hand at the time of death. Didn't he think that MACC could washing off their hands so blatantly? Their officers voiced that 10 hours interrogation might caused Beng Hock tremendous, unbearable pressure and mental torments therefore he possible suicide due to he couldn't stand for it. In my angle, i want to question, do Ahmad Said know the time Beng Hock death? This show that he hide some story behind the fact. Anyway, i can't judged without a certain proof like a monkey. let it to be solved under the sovereignty of jurisprudence. Nevertheless, the result yesterday of open verdict was disappointed me. Once again i want to express my condolence to Beng Hock's entire family.

Undeniable that, this is a gut-wrenching case that even the tycoon in international forensic professoin even visit Malaysia to assist the police investigation in order to take information on viral suspect & detecting some left out or critical evidence so that the answer of Beng Hock's death could be answered with the speaking of the evidences. The evidences kept confidentially until yesterday. Those still a arguable and rebuttable profession saying or features found. In severe criminal case like murder, homicide the fundamental limbs must be proved and any provocation of either one limb can be an exception to the sentence of the criminal and may drop the suspect from the criminal.

In our civil society, politics always not come into clean hands in my personal belief. Meanwhile, public conscience and majority power of public is powerful enough. Thereto, the jurisdiction aspect is the media between the administration and residents. They all connected each other indirectly although the doctrine of constitutional supremacy concerned the three bodies of legislative，jurisdiction and parliamentary work independently without infringment of each other. Malaysia is a constitutional country. In fact, for me,the theory only make vocal but not sense. In my view, there is no absolute the application of the doctrine. The politician abused it and play truant with the world with the shield of using the excuse of practice rule of the check and balance. Under this protection shield, many parliamentary overlapping over-mighty things happened in our past and can be seen in the history for incident of jeopardy of Judicial or so called judicial crisis. Tun Salleh Abas was the former Chief justice who sacrifice his career with his stand for principles. This precedent made lesson to the coming out jurist peoples on post.
In other words, this impact the jurisdiction judged the Beng Hock case as open verdict with ratio decidendi of lack of proof upon the trial of the case. Perhaps, it is a wisdom of alive that contribute a win-win situation that not offending either one side of them of Parliamentary ( MACC ) or the residents (Beng Hock family & supporter). In some way, this kinda a high Emotional Intelligence (EQ) in solving a knotty and troublesome case. They have to make the case ended up with open verdict as the world will censure the Malaysian Jurisprudence not uphold the justice if give decision that Beng Hock dead because of suicide. By the way, Beng Hock also could not be judged as homicide case coz they remember the heavy lesson learned from the past and everything can't fight over the reality of this cruel world. The world is serve for those who are wealthy enough & hold the autonomy power at high position. All downward like us, will be 'slaved'. Last but not the least, I pronounced that justice death with the same day Beng Hock gone.
